Abstract
This study presents the state of the art on manuscript transmission and, in particular, the genet-ical relationships between the manuscripts of the Fuero Juzgo from the 16th century to the present day and offers a proposal for a stemma codicum based on the collatio of five laws made with all the currently known witnesses.
