Abstract
Using Northern blot analysis with brain tau cDNA probes and with tau cDNA fragments produced by polymerase chain reaction, we have identified, in normal and tumoral pancreatic cells, mRNAs of 6 kb with sequences similar to the microtubule-binding domain of neural and non-neural MAPs mRNAs.
