Abstract
Cesarean scar pregnancy refers to the complete or partial implantation of a gestational sac within an existent cesarean scar. Expectant management of caesarean scar pregnancy can lead to uterine rupture, a rare but life-threatening complication. We report here a sonographic marker which could predict short-term risk of uterine rupture in the context of expectant management of CSP after 15 weeks.
