Abstract
Background : Physicians have difficulty meeting the standards in preventive practices. The multiplicity of risk factors and the heterogeneity of preventive guidelines is often cited as a barrier. This study aimed at investigating the influence of a limited number of physicians’ characteristics on the frequency of use of a Kit for the systematic assessment and management of six modifiable cardiovascular disease risk factors.
