Abstract
In this paper we describe some of the approaches we have worked with as well as some of the tools we have developed for carrying out mobile user experience research in-the-wild. We outline some of the challenges we faced and the lessons learned based on these experiences and highlight what we see as the key areas to focus on, in terms of carrying out mo-bile user experience research on a large-scale in the future.
