Cette introduction présente les actes du colloque organisé à Genève en 2017, à la lumière des courants actuels de la recherche sur la première diffusion internationale de la Réformation. Les articles de ce volume mettent en valeur les dynamiques plurielles, internationales et locales, des confrontations religieuses, à partir des territoires romands ou en relation avec ces territoires. Ils ouvrent à une compréhension renouvelée des continuités et ruptures qui traversent l’époque dite de Luther.
This introduction presents the proceedings of the international conference organized in Geneva in 2017 and the current trends in research on the first international diffusion of the Reformation. This collection highlights the multiple dynamics, both international and local, of religious confrontations, starting from or linked to the territories of French-speaking Switzerland. The contributions open to a renewed understanding of continuities and ruptures that occurred during the “Luther’s age”.
