Résumé
This paper presents two funerary papyri attributable to Queen Nedjmet at the beginning of Dynasty 21 and that probably originate from the Royal Cache in Deir el-Bahari. P. BM EA 10541 + Louvre E. 6258 is a hieroglyphic Book of the Dead. Besides Nedjmet, the High Priest Herihor is also mentioned in this papyrus. The second manuscript (P. BM EA 10490) is a hieratic Book of the Dead with a very particular content: alongside the traditional spells of the Book of the Dead, we find a text not attested before in this corpus, together with vignettes from the Book of Caverns. This paper aims to present the preliminary results of a new study and translation of these two papyri, in order to define their place and function within the history of the Book of the Dead during the Third Intermediate Period.
