Résumé
The plasmid-mediated javax.xml.bind.JAXBElement@4ad6613a gene encodes a phosphoethanolamine transferase that confers resistance to polymyxins. The javax.xml.bind.JAXBElement@2b02fe97 gene is associated with insertion sequence IS javax.xml.bind.JAXBElement@34ae85e7 (IS javax.xml.bind.JAXBElement@618d2e82 family). javax.xml.bind.JAXBElement@182b4c38 mobilization assays demonstrated the functionality of the composite transposon structure IS javax.xml.bind.JAXBElement@2461ffec -IS javax.xml.bind.JAXBElement@6420d73a Transposition generated a 2-bp duplication and occurred in AT-rich DNA regions. This is the first report demonstrating the mobility of the javax.xml.bind.JAXBElement@6cd11c02 gene by transposition.
