The authors report a case of eccrine syringofibroadenoma. The only difference with the original cases as described by Mascaro in 1963 is that it contains only a few glandular structures. The histologic pattern is also similar to that of the acrosyringeal naevus recently described by Weedon and Lewis, so that it seems needless using a new terminology: these tumors can be considered as examples of eccrine sytingofibroadenoma.
