Presentation of ophthalmological taking in charge program of the diabetic patients, program elaborated during a symposium in London under the supervision of the World's Health Organisation and the International Federation of Diabetes. A calendar of the necessary controls is worked out. A scheme of the proposed treatment is decided. This program has to be known and followed by the patients, the general doctors and Swiss ophthalmologists.
