Résumé
"Coordination Office for Scientific Information” (COSI) is the title of the project for the establishment of a coordination office of Swiss universities in the field of digital scientific information. Through the analysis of the versioning of the detailed COSI concept, this article aims to retrace the background of the project and the results of the COSI project group’s implementation work. The different versions of the detailed COSI concept show that this is still a “work in progress”.
