Résumé
Skin allergy has been reported in a post-hoc analysis of studies using chlorhexidine dressings to cover catheters. This was no more the case with the currently available devices. We urge the medical community not to discard either the use of chlorhexidine-dressings and/or alcoholic solutions of CHG for skin preparation
