Abstract
In this article we study the way E. Bilal invests the themes of environmental migrations in Trilogie du coup de sang. Our reflexion is driven from a philosophical point of view, and involves a hermeneutic approach, aiming to evidence the meaning of some targeted creative choices. After defining the conceptual frame of our discussion (part 1), particularly appealing the notions of autonomy, individualism and world of culture, we precise what the notion of “planetology” means to E. Bilal, a concept he tightly relates to the analysed part of his artwork (part 2). Based on this, we analyse the fictitious testing a few human beings in a remodelled world, which constitutes the script thread of the three oeuvres studied (part 3). The climate exiles depicted there seem to be in search of the conditions making their humanity possible.
