Abstract
The working paper present the results of a household survey two years after the initial survey. It therefore is able to capture the impacts of COVID-19 and the general economic crisis in Sri Lanka on waste practices. While lacking municipal budgets have led to increased dissatisfaction among households, waste segregation at source resumed soon after the pandemic and households increasingly took responsibility for waste management.
