Abstract
An 11-year-old boy had multiple agminated pigmented lesions distributed over the left scapula since the age of 2 years. Shave excision of four grouped lesions showed Spitz nevi (benign juvenile melanoma, spindle or epithelioid cell nevi) that were not totally excised basally. Three years later, a tumorous, keloidlike nodule developed on that site. To the best of our knowledge, giant recurrence within an agminated Spitz nevus has not previously been reported.
