Abstract
Junctional ectopic tachycardia (JET), in its congenital form, is a rare entity with a variable prognostic belong different age at presentation. Early detection can avoid hemodynamic compromise in form of irreversible tachymyocardiopathy. Form of presentation is widely variable among ages.
Objective: To review different approaches to congenital JET based on our hospital experience, from fetus to teenagers.
Results: Clinical presentation is largely variable, from asymptomatic to early fetal death. Description of cases in our center are exposed.
Conclusions: Being aware of the clinical presentation for this entity would allow early detection for this potentially lethal arrhythmia.
